We’re a little behind schedule this year as we’ve taken time to honor the passing of our beloved Lyn McCuen.

We hope to make this year’s event our biggest and most meaningful yet in memory of Lyn. If you’re unable to participate in the shoot, we’d still love for you to join us at the afterparty. Afterparty tickets are available, and businesses can also show their support by sponsoring a station sign.
We can’t wait to see everyone on October 9th as we come together to celebrate, remember, and make this an unforgettable event.
A Storied History
Founded in 1883 by a group of Dutch sportsmen, Forest City Gun Club is the oldest, continuously-operated shotgun sports club in the United States.
Not only is our heritage long running, the size of our club is as equally impressive given its close proximity to the historic layout of downtown Savannah. Boasting 26 skeet and trap fields, 2 dedicated sporting clays courses, 5 lakes, a covered pavilion, dining hall, registration facility, fully stocked pro shop and bar, the club covers over 500 acres.
A Generational Promise
Forest City Gun Club is a private club, strategically managed in perpetuity for the enjoyment of its members. The club is only available to guests during tournaments, fundraising and/or private events and other club-sanctioned gatherings.
